Evonne Barrier, founder and CEO of Barrier Business Solutions, has been redefining virtual assistant agency standards since 2018. With a background in customer service, hospitality, and multi-unit management, she understands the chaos that comes from a lack of operational efficiency.
After years managing restaurant and operations teams, Evonne transitioned into the virtual support world—starting as a VA herself. In doing so, she transformed her family’s income, brought her RV-living dream to life, and launched a people-first agency that empowers both clients and VAs.
Today, she leads a U.S.-based team offering executive support, project management, and operations strategy for founders who want to grow without burning out. She believes systems aren’t just structure—they’re freedom, and support should feel like an extension of your leadership, not a to-do list.
Evonne now lives on a working farm with her husband, where they run their second business, Grounded Living Homestead—guided by the same values of intention, sustainability, and community.
